Mia Rudolph - SNL
What I like about Mia is that I can't figure out what makes her attractive.
If you break her down, she's a mess. Her hair is not good, she's got moles or some shit on her face, I don't even know what her ethnicity is (black?). And yet, in between all the weird characters she plays on SNL she will sometimes show a flash of beauty that is just incredible. I fell in love with her during a Christmas sketch when she was playing a drunk and singing with Tracy Morgan ("It's Christmas we can have anything"). The sketch wasn't even funny but there was just something about her that made me suddenly love her. I've loved her ever since. Bonus points for being funny.
Judy Reyes - ScrubsNurse Carla Espinoza is the only member of the cast who is actually getting better looking every year (despite the fact that she will turn..... wait for it.... 40 in Nov!) Sure, I had a thing for Sarah Chalke the first few seasons but it was just a fling. As the series progresses it's Judy and her dazzling Dominican smile that has stood the test of time. ( I say she's Dominican because that's what her character is on the show. She could be Cuban for all I know.)
Maura Tierney - E.R.
Ahh, Maura.... I've loved you ever since you were a young hottie. Now that you're older you're playing a woman with a past, a little beat up but still holding on to a smidgen of the cute girl you used to be. Maura may be the one girl on this list that doesn't really belong.... it's possible that I'm just stuck on her because she was so great on News Radio. C'mon, who didn't want to take overachieving Lisa Miller home and treat her like a tied-up goat? I know I did. Maura's problem is that she is so good at playing depressing Abby on E.R. that you begin to think that's her real personality.
